Health & Safety: System Cut-Over February 2016

Please be advised that the existing NSS-HR System will be unavailable from Friday 12 February to Monday 22 February 2016. 

During this period, WHS processes will be impacted.

Specifically, during this period there will be no access to:

Online reporting (Hazard, Incident, Workplace Inspections, SAT, Environment and First Aid reporting) through myUNSW
Health, Safety & Environment Training for Staff and Students
Health, Safety & Environment Inductions or Administration through myUNSW

Non serious incidents during the outage should be logged in PiMs after Monday 22 February.  If a serious incident occurs please contact you’re Faculty/Division WHS Co-ordinatoras soon as possible or if they are unavailable call ext. 51565.

Any incident with injury should be reported to Workers Compensation as soon as possible. If required, paper incident reporting forms can be used as an interim procedure during the outage.
